Request for Proposals to Provide Summer Youth Employment Services Issued
The Cattaraugus-Allegany Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (CAWIB) announces the release of the 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide summer work experiences to youth, ages 14 to 24. There will be a significant focus on services to out-of-school youth ages 16-24, including dropouts and those who have graduated but are not employed. Eligible applicants include public entities, not-for-profit agencies, educational institutions, business associations or other community–based organizations. Applications are due in the CAWIB Office no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2009.
