The Chemung-Schuyler-Steuben Workforce New York (CSSWFNY) on behalf of the Southern Tier of New York 13N (STNY 13N) Partnership, is requesting proposals for implementing STNY-13N Regional Talent Pipeline Development across the Southern Tier of New York State.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit initiatives that seek to increase the region’s competitive strength and advantage by improving the supply and quality of the region’s talent pipeline for the advanced manufacturing sector through transformation strategies developed by the Southern Tier of New York 13N Partnership. The STNY 13N Region consists of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties.
Request for Proposal packets are available on the web at www.csswfny.com or at the Chemung Schuyler Steuben Workforce New York Administrative Office on March 2, 2009. Completed proposals must be received by the Chemung Schuyler Steuben Workforce New York Office prior to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2009. Contracts awarded will begin May 1, 2009.
